This position will provide the administrative leadership necessary to implement the strategic direction and operational management of the Foundation in raising significant resources to support the mission and identified health needs of the local community.

Requires knowledge of foundation management normally acquired through completion of an advanced degree, or equivalent experience. Must possess strategic leadership and philanthropic development skills and strong knowledge of development operations and its major components, with a special emphasis in major gifts implementation. Previous executive leadership experience required with a minimum of 5 years of documented development success. Must have excellent communication skills and successful experience in developing positive and trusting relationships with a diverse constituent base.
