
Part time bookkeeping position for boutique investment banking firm. Works 1-5 days per week in a small office environment near
Ø Bookkeeping/accounting for Company and affiliate companies
Ø Enter all financial information into QuickBooks
Ø Balance corporations checking accounts against bank statements and Quickbooks
Ø Compile capital accounts and manager shareholder information
Ø Compile, invoice and collect all fees to clients for the Company.
Ø Organize and pay all expenses/payables to vendors.
Ø Month end, year end filing
Ø Communicate effectively and professionally with company CPA and banks
Ø Organization and filing of Company and Client financial documents
Ø Manage backup of Company financial data
Ø Manage healthcare financial information
Ø Other duties, as assigned
Ø High integrity, highly motivated professional demeanor
Ø BS Business Administration with accounting emphasis, or equivalent
Ø Three+ years in an bookkeeping role, knowledge of General Ledger, excellent working knowledge of bookkeeping and Quickbooks Pro
Ø Intelligent and articulate with excellent grammar and literary skills
Ø Very computer literate
Ø Intimate knowledge of QuickBooks
Ø Timeliness and works to deadlines in a fast paced environment
Ø Strong organizational skills
